Kustom Carpentry completed the installation of cladding on this project. In total 520sqm of Alucobond and Apolic were installed by our specialist team of carpenters. Much of this was custom made on-site at the brand new purpose built Pilbara Motor Group showrooms.
The finished product is a sleek striking facade in keeping with the overall company branding.

Its focus is a 730m terraced promenade surrounding a newly formed inlet, and a completely new island created by excavating the land that joined it to the shore. Kustom Carpentry were extremely proud to be involved in the installation of the new Transperth Ferry Terminal located Elizabeth Quay in the heart of Perth CBD. The structure is an innovative design combining the custom made unique Alucobond aluminum cladding system and an LED lighting system. The roof is installed onto concrete pylons over a floating jetty system.

The five-level retail complex, with Perth’s Myer flagship store at its core, is currently undergoing “a significant upgrade to the building façade and adjacent elevated pedestrian walkways” says complex owner ISPT. The plan was originally approved in 2015 and is set to modernise the exterior of the well-known building. The new façade and cladding will cover three sides of the shopping complex and incorporate a wide range of products including solid and perforated aluminium both anodised and powder-coated, Stainless Steel, Equitone, Vitrapanel, CFC and other elements to create an integrated facade offering.
