Simple from start-to-finish

Here’s what we’ll do

1. Dream

Let’s meet so you can tell us about your vision for your home. We’ll collaborate, brainstorm, problem-solve, and visualise to ensure we’ll all on the same page as you share your thoughts. We’ll talk colours, space-restrains, storage solutions, and more — you can ask as many questions as you like along the way. 

2. Design

We’ll prepare your design and quote. Considering everything we talked about in the discovery phase, our Designer will bring your initial ideas to life and we’ll present you with a comprehensive plan so you can see how everything will look. We’ll also walk you through costs for materials and labour in a Scope of Works document. 

3. Plan

We’ll take your concept designs and make sure everything is approved (if council approvals are required), and get all the necessary licensing, permits, and insurances we need to get started as soon as possible.

4. Select

Soak your project in style as you choose furnishings, finishes, colours, and more. You’re welcome to manage final selections on your own, or we can assist you here if you think you’d like a bit of professional guidance to ensure everything is cohesive.

5. Construct

The fun begins. Our Director, Mark and his supervision team will oversee your project, making sure it all runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. We work safely, efficiently, and minimise mess, and unless it’s a complex renovation, you can live in the home while we work. We’ll do our best to stay out of your way, so you can get on with life-as-usual. You’ll enjoy regular updates and communication from Mark and the team so you know exactly what’s happening at all times.

6. Celebrate

Once construction wraps up, you can enjoy your new space. There will be a thorough handover where we’ll walk you through anything you need to know about your home, and inform you about our after-work maintenance liability period, as well as your structural guarantee. There’s nothing else to do but celebrate!
